Employees Transferring to VIVO
Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) “TUPE” Regulations 2006 (updated April 2014) exist to protect employees’ contractual terms and conditions of employment with continuity of service preserved.
VIVO takes their obligations for TUPE seriously and is committed to ensuring that we inform and consult with employees affected directly or indirectly via a recognised Trade Union or Employee Representative.
